Meet: Charli Kurchian

Hi! I’m Charli Kurchian. I’m an experienced researcher, business owner, and consultant with a background in psychology, project management, and product development. I started my career as a researcher at Cambridge University’s Business School, where I learned how to ask the right questions, develop effective strategies, and interpret complex data.

From there, I moved into both software development and “hard tech,” managing projects that advanced new products—from EV battery innovations to AI-driven applications, and biotech research. Along the way, I co-founded an engineering venture that supports projects from concept to creation.

These broad experiences inspired me to launch Think Theia, where I help clients tackle everything from project management and technical writing to AI integration and training. I focus on finding the clearest path forward for each organization, whether they’re a startup or well-established. My strengths include uncovering and analyzing information, then presenting it in a way that guides strategic, evidence-based decisions.
